OPTIER Technologies provides a limited 2-year warranty for OPTIER CCTV cameras and related products from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunction under normal usage conditions
- Internal component failure caused by factory defects
During the warranty period, OPTIER Technologies will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.
- Warranty Duration: 2 Years
- Warranty starts from the original invoice/purchase date.
- Valid purchase invoice or warranty proof is mandatory for warranty claims.

- Analog HD Cameras
- PTZ Cameras • AI Cameras
- Related OPTIER Surveillance Products
This warranty does not apply to damages caused by:
- Physical damage or accidental breakage
- Water, fire, lightning, flood, or natural disasters
- Power surge or electrical fluctuation
- Improper installation or misuse
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Damage caused by insects, rodents, or external contamination
- Burnt PCB or burnt power section
- Product serial number tampering or removal
- Cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality
- Products must be installed by qualified technicians.
- Proper SMPS, UPS, surge protection, and recommended accessories should be used.
- Improper power supply connections may void warranty.
- Warranty replacement is subject to technical inspection.
- Replacement products may be new or refurbished units with equal performance.
- Physical damages are not eligible for replacement.
- Data loss or recording loss is not covered under warranty.
- Customer is responsible for product transportation to the service center unless otherwise agreed.
- On-site service charges may apply depending on location and installation conditions.
- Warranty service turnaround time depends on product availability and technical evaluation.
OPTIER Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data or recordings
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party equipment compatibility issues
Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase value of the product.
- Warranty is applicable only for genuine OPTIER products.
- Warranty is non-transferable unless approved by OPTIER Technologies.
- OPTIER Technologies reserves the right to modify warranty policies without prior notice.
