Hiring Sales Executive

About the Role:

Optier Technology is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CCTV, surveillance, security systems, or related technology sales, along with strong communication and client-handling skills.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, presenting suitable solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through field sales, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their security and surveillance requirements.
• Present and demonstrate CCTV and surveillance solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, businesses, and end customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on CCTV, AI surveillance, and security technology trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in CCTV & Surveillance Sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CCTV, security systems, and surveillance solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage.
